About us

Our story

Gruenderteam sklls GmbH

Towards the end of our time together at university, many of our fellow students were struggling with the challenges of starting a career. This led to failure, emotional stress, and for some, resignation. We quickly realized that we could support them with our psychological knowledge: Through 1:1 business coaching, which was not available to them on the job.

Since then, our goal has been to work with companies to give all employees access to coaching. Even those who are normally not provided with a coach.

We are

Our products coach exactly the problematic situation that is relevant for the user. Not a general topic or competence.

Our products are 100% digital and therefore available anytime and anywhere.

Our products reflect our coaching understanding of helping people to help themselves. We empower our users to develop their personal solutions.

We developed Sally and train her. However, when someone chats with Sally, none of us are on the other end. All coaching is completely automated.
